The terms and conditions offered here constitute the agreement between you and Asiana Cars Ltd (trading as Gatwick Taxi Cab) Booking a taxi and using the service indicates that you have unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions as they are listed in the agreement.
Asiana Cars Ltd and "we" or "us" refers to the company providing the service. The terms "you" and "your" can refer to any person, business, or company making a booking with us.
2.1 You are required to allocate enough time for the journey to allow you to arrive on time. This includes all airport transfers where you are required to check-in at a certain time for your flight. Asiana Cars Ltd will not be responsible for any delay caused by your inability to allocate enough time to reach your destination on time or if you are not ready to be collected at the allocated time.
2.2 It is your responsibility to order a car of suitable size for all the travelers and luggage. Asiana Cars Ltd makes no guarantee to carry an excessive amount of luggage. Please be aware that a child, no matter the age of the child, will be regarded as a single passenger.
2.3 Anyone requiring wheelchair access should request this at the point of booking.
3.1 Asiana Cars Ltd provides a quotation based on information provided by you. All prices, unless otherwise stated, are exclusive of VAT, and if this charge is applicable, it will be charged in addition. If there are any material changes to the stated itinerary, we reserve the right to alter the provided quote.
3.2 Our quote contains a 45-minute waiting period after the stated landing time and the cost of parking at the airport. Any waiting period in excess of this time will be charged at the standard Asiana Cars Ltd waiting rate. We will do our best to review flight details and amend our service accordingly if there have been delays, but we are not obliged to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting a quote from us, you will receive confirmation of the booking. Please review this confirmation and ensure it is 100% correct. If you don’t notify Asiana Cars Ltd, we shall not be responsible for any delays or costs arising due to this mistake.
3.4 Payment for journeys with us can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers on board during the journey. If the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted by the passenger, a charge may be applied to cover cleaning costs.
4.2 You are not permitted to eat, drink, or smoke in the car.
4.3 All children in the car should be restrained appropriately according to their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We are not allowed to carry more passengers than is stated by licensing or insurance.
5.1 If you have to cancel your booking with Asiana Cars Ltd, you should contact us as soon as possible. If you do not cancel a vehicle until after it has been dispatched, a charge will be incurred. This charge will be based on the time and distance covered by the driver to the point of cancellation.
5.2 If you booked through our online booking system and you cancel before the vehicle has been dispatched, a charge may be levied on the original payment.
6.1 While Asiana Cars Ltd will do all we can to ensure you arrive on time at your destination, we are not liable for any losses incurred due to delays that are beyond our control. There are no circumstances where Asiana Cars Ltd will be liable for any losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 If the vehicle breaks down during your journey with Asiana Cars Ltd, we will do what we can to provide an alternative car to complete your journey as quickly as possible.
6.4 You will not indemnify Asiana Cars Ltd for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any omission or act of anyone in your party.
6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit their liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any other matter unenforceable by applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking, with immediate effect, if any vehicle or driver is placed at risk, whether through abuse, violence, or damage, from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for any journey terminated during the hire.
8.1 Asiana Cars Ltd may subcontract their obligations stated in this agreement. You will not assign, delegate, or transfer any of your obligations or rights under this agreement.
8.2 Asiana Cars Ltd may alter the terms and conditions at any time by making these changes to this page. Please review these terms regularly to ensure awareness of changes. Existing bookings will be undertaken at rates in effect at the point of booking.
8.3 We store, use, and process information under the guidelines of the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement represents the full agreement between Asiana Cars Ltd (trading as Gatwick Taxi Cab) and yourself.
8.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to confer any advantage or benefit to a third party. No third party maintains the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Asiana Cars Ltd is not obligated to entertain any claims or disputes made after this time frame.
